Rental conditions - Moto Mercado Málaga Rent

Mopeds and Motorcycles Up to 125cc

The minimum age required is 21 years old, with an A1, A2, or A motorcycle license, or a car driving license with at least 3 years of experience. If you have held a car driving license for more than 3 years, you are authorized to drive motorcycles up to 125cc.
Two helmets are included in the rental price.
Mileage limit: 200 Km per day (0.20€ per extra Km).
The motorcycle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition.
Roadside assistance is available within the first 50 km from our rental office.
Third-party damage insurance is included.
In the event of damage or an accident, the customer assumes a maximum deductible, which can range from €500 to €1500, depending on the model.
Any traffic fines are the responsibility of the contract holder. A €20 fee applies for fine management.
The remaining conditions are detailed in the rental contract, available at the time of vehicle pickup.

Motorcycles and Maxi Scooters Over 300cc

The minimum age required is 23 years old. To rent motorcycles over 300cc, you must have an unrestricted A motorcycle license with at least 3 years of experience.
Two helmets are included in the rental price.
Mileage limit: 300 Km per day (€0.30 per extra Km).
The motorcycle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition.
Roadside assistance is available throughout Spain.
Third-party damage insurance is included.
In the event of damage or an accident, the customer assumes a maximum deductible, which can range from €500 to €1500, depending on the model.
Traveling outside Spain and Portugal is not allowed without permission.
Motorcycles can only be ridden on paved roads.
Our Tuareg 660, V85TT, Tracer 900, and BMW R1250GS models are permitted for trips to Morocco (please consult us during booking for specific conditions and requirements).
